"And behold, two of them were going that very day to a village named Emmaus, which was about seven miles from Jerusalem.  And they were conversing with each other about all these things which had taken place.  And it came about while they were conversing and discussing, Jesus Himself approached and began traveling with them."  Luke 24:13-15 NASB

The purpose of this site is two fold  The first and primary purpose is to further the mission of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  The second is to increase communication within our community as we strive to fulfill God's plan of Salvation.

The Oregon Trails Walk To Emmaus community covers Oregon and Southwest Washington in promoting Christ's mission via four day retreats for men and women.  These retreats are an intense study of the word and our Lord and are intended to promote discipleship and servant/leadership in churches at a local level..
